Gai and U-21 Israel drawed Italy with no goals.
He played about 75 Minutes, and was hardly effective as he was well guarded for being Israel's most famous player.
Sergi Busquets scored his first goal for the U21 in his first game :-)

some notes for the games that I saw:
Romania vs France:
Henry Played the whole match and he was doing well"taking into account the poor display shown by his teamates"..
at the second half he played most of the time out of the box on the left side and gave some good passes to his fellows.
Abidal played the whole match as a central back! and yes.. he was a total failiure!! Romanias 1st goal was 100% his fault, and I'm not sure if he also have something to do with the second one as I didn't see it handed some passes to the strikers, and returned some realy bad balls to the keeper that embarrased him awfully. bad positioning....he was completely lost there.
on the second half he did some good work against Romanias counter attacks.
Argentina vs. Uruguay
Messi played as a second striker Besides Aguero, and Caceres played left back. Messi had a great first half, "on the second half Argentina played deffense so didn't have a lot to do..
Caceres Had an average to good match
P.s. it was so funny to see Messi taking on Caceres on many occations, well, Massi had the upper hand most of the time, but Caceres has what it takes to be a world class, he is also good offensively.
and at the end.. i'd like to say hardluck for Guddy, Boyan,Piquet,Busquets,and anselmo!
If im remembering correctly the 2nd goal for Romania was from a corner and Boumsong lost his marking. Abidal played out of position together with a really lousy player. Domenech probably is the worst coach french football have seen in modern times. Boumsong isn't even getting any playtime in Lyon and he gets to start for France? Clichy did a superb job in the last international and suddenly he goes for Evra? Well at least they a bright future with players like Mandanda (wouldn't mind to have him as a 2nd keeper), Sagna, Clichy, Diarra, Gourcuff and Benzema.
BTW do Spain-U21 have any chance to reach the Euros or was this it for them? I would love to see our youngsters in Sweden!
yes SimonP, this was the "away" match and they still have another one to play, in spain.
BTW spain finished the group stage with 24 pts. out of 8 matches, that would be a fullmark!!
and I had the same feeling about the French keeper! outstanding!! Gourcuff is a great talent not only because of his astonishing goal! but he looks like the kind of player that got everything, but as we dont know what to do with all the great midfeilders that we got, we only have the right to dream of the goalkeeper for now
