I would be surprised if more than two of those players ever make the first team. Thats just how it works.. sorry people... you get 1-2 players per generation.. thats it. mostly because there is tooo much competition and not enough money to compete with arsenal..lol

Chelsea, Arsenal, Milan or whoever. Why don't you just start your own Cantera? You're nothing but vultures!

Marc is right, most of those players wont even make the first team. We cannot keep all of our young talents, nor should we be selfish enough to expect to. Take Fabregas for example, what do u think would have happened if he never left. Do you think he would have had the opportunities to grow as a player that he had at Arsenal? No way, or at least not at the detriment of Iniesta. Keeping him would have done little good to his career or our team. At the time we had Deco, Xavi and Iniesta, where would young Cesc have fit in? He would probably just be getting his chances now.

We have the best youth camp in the world, we produce more world class players than any other team. We cannot keep all of them, but we will keep the best of the best and will only sell players that would never have made it in our squad anyways....like Dos Santos, Merida or even Cesc. In two years time Cesc will be the perfect replacement for Xavi, but right now he would only serve to warm the bench. Like he does for Spain most of the time.

Out of the above list I can see us keeping Gai, Thiago and Deulofeu. The rest prob wouldnt even get on our bench anyways.
