Pep, i noticed the rearrangement of the archives. How long has this blog been around ? Are there any archives prior to 2008 ?

Though its Dec 18 news, but I think its kind of important news for Barcelona, the issue of "3 years before getting 21" is considered as a home player now is a concern, it make me feel as if it is a turning around the point to avoid serious solution, so I am not sure if this will really be a solution, I have mixed feelings of disappointment and doubts.

I think it will limit buying accomplished starts (now that u can select less than before for a game)but instead will encourage rubbing youth under 18 to cover that new challenge, so it will actually make things worse.

either I didn't understand the new rule, or it is catastrophic for youth academies rights.

Wait, is this team specific? Any player that is on a youth squad for at least 3 years is concidered home grown... so, does this mean home grown in Spain? Can a player that has come up in Barcelona's youth squad go play for Sevilla and count as a home grown player for them? Or must it be a home grown player for that specific club?

Well...Pep I guess Ill be the first to say happy and healthy holiday and new year to you.

These past two years watching Barcelona and La Liga while following your blog has been pure brilliance. I use to surf through almost every informative La Liga and FCB fan site and by far this place is ace.

I know from having my own blog a while back, it takes a lot of time and hard work, and not many people know or appreciate it, even with the site not being too flashy and full of rubbish .... you get right to the point and always find yourself one of the first to find out what is going on half way around the world.

Even more now then before, this is becoming #1 place for all FCB fans to come and I'm everyone has their own opionions and thoughts on how to make it better....but even without listening .... you still find a way to make your site the most visited.

My only negative comment would have to be.... all the recent new comments then been showing up on this blog. People should start thinking a little more before making a comment. I love how this is not like you tube; have to see rubbish immature comments from people who know nothing on what there commenting about. I don't understand the whole point with picking fights and acting like knob in comments over a blog. You have nothing nice or constructive to write......keep it to yourself.

Otherwise.....Cheers to all the translators and Pep and Ramzi for all there informative facts, rumors, and news; plus opinions!

No there aren't any archive prior to 2008, kamikaze. This blog only started somewhere in february of this year.

So thanks for the nice words, guys, but keep some of your best shots for the first birthday of the blog... ;)
