I remember Cesc saying those words. In fact, he did another discussion on ESPN Soccernet (I think; not sure) about coming back mentioning both Xavi and Iniesta.

Well, this quote below is not from above, but Beltrocco kinda summarized it:

i think gerard pique brought more to the squad than a tall cb with scoring capabilities,the lad is a huge advantage in the dressing room and he is helping the team to relax and to unite more easily. and for that price we got him i rate him the 2nd best transfer we made this year after alves
